Mr. Meindl is engaged in support of various advisory and development projects undertaken by the Firm, with emphasis on market evaluation and feasibility analysis, project economics and financial modeling, land use analysis, and development planning and programming. He has special interest in the application of geographic information systems techniques to land planning and environmental design, and in microeconomic analysis of public policy and urban development.
A summa cum laude graduate of Buffalo State College with an undergraduate degree in Philosophy, Kevin received dual Masters Degrees in Landscape Architecture and City and Regional Planning from Cornell University in December 2015. He is the recipient of the E. Gordon Davis Fellowship Award at Cornell, and currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Design Connect, a non-profit community design and planning organization in Ithaca, New York.
