Owner/Principal of Record. The firm's development affiliate, VS Development, LLC was created to act as owner/principal in the development, construction, and operation of privately-financed state-of-the-art event centers in those markets it believes to be economically viable. Typically, these will be strong, but otherwise underserved medium and tertiary markets. Wherever possible, the firm will look to establish long-term public-private partnerships to ensure the projects it develops will serve local goals and achieve maximum public support.
Owner's Representative. In cases where the ownership of a proposed facility is to remain in the hands of the public or other third party, VS will act as owner's representative through the entire planning, design, financing, and construction process. We will provide dynamic leadership in the setting of project goals, plans, budgets, selection of team members, structuring of financial and ownership terms, negotiation of agreements and supporting documentation, communication with project stakeholders, and oversight of the entire construction process through to the stabilization of initial of operations. As owner's representative, our core mission is the realization of the sponsor's vision, and achievement of the project's desired operational and financial outcomes.
